I was living out of my recliner! I was in so much pain I couldn't do anything else. I’d get up and do one, that’s one, single chore, then crawl back into the recliner until the pain subsided and I could manage to get up and do one more. I had 5 teenagers, a large, new home and came to hate daytime television. Pain ruled my life. It confined and constricted each movement. I lived in fear that I would get worse and end up bedridden.
I exhausted the conventional realms to find help and health and was told by my Doctor, ‘I know your in pain but we can’t find anything wrong.’ This statement sent me on a search, a quest to find ways to get rid of this pain that seemed to have no cause.
The first epiphany I had in my quest was to discover that when I was energetically balanced I felt physically better. It was such a surprising miracle to me. Let me re-state that one more time.
When energetically balanced I and you will physically feel better.
The second was that unresolved emotion can cripple you, even if you believe you're dealing well. Time, understanding, answers, and epiphanies coupled with simple lifestyle changes have altered my life. Last week they lead me to swim across a lake with my 10-year-old granddaughter. An unthinkable task 25 years ago.
My hope is to share some tips, tricks and techniques that have led me to, not just pain free, mobility but a more balanced, joy filled life.
Please join me as I continue my journey.
